These terms apply to your use of Tasks4Me, a product of Omneth (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Tasks4Me lets companies plan and assign work on visual task maps. It is currently offered in early access, free of charge. Features may change while we improve it.
Accounts and companies
You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. The person who creates a company account is its Owner and is responsible for who they add and what roles they give. Owners and Admins can add and remove people, reset temporary passwords and export or delete the company’s data.
Your content
Your company owns what it puts into Tasks4Me. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. Do not use Tasks4Me for anything unlawful, to store content you have no right to, or to attack or overload the service.
Availability
We work to keep Tasks4Me available and backed up, but during early access it is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own export of anything critical.
Prices
Early access is free. If we introduce paid plans, we will announce them in advance; nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.
Ending
You can delete your account or your company at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
