Up and running in three steps

    Open the company account

    Name your company. You are its Owner: you decide who joins and what they can do.

    Add your people

    Add each person with a role and a title: your manager as Admin, your developer as Member · Developer, a partner as Viewer.

    Give the first task

    Open a map, add a task, assign it, mark it Urgent and say what comes after it. Done: it’s in their list.

What is Tasks4Me?
A web app where a company maps its work as a mind map. Every branch can be a task with a person, a priority, a due date and an order (“do this first, then that”). Everyone also gets a simple list of their own tasks, in the right order.
Who is it for?
Any team where one person gives work to another: a business owner and their developer, a newsroom, an agency, a shop, a studio. It starts with two people and grows with the company.
How do I start?
Create a company account, then add your people: either by e-mail with a temporary password you hand over, or with an invitation link. Give each person a role (Owner, Admin, Manager, Member or Viewer) and a job title such as “Developer”.
How do I say “do this first, then that”?
Two ways. On the map, draw an arrow from one task to the next: the second task waits until the first is done, and its owner is notified when they can start. And a manager can drag a person’s list into the order they want it done.
What does it cost?
Nothing during early access: every feature is included. Paid plans will be announced in advance on the pricing page.
Which languages does the app speak?
The app is available in English and Turkish; each person chooses their own language.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Owners and admins can download the whole company (maps, tasks, order, comments, members) as a JSON file at any time, and can delete the company account.
