Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data Tasks4Me (“we”) processes, why, and what your rights are. Tasks4Me is a product of Omneth. Contact: info@omneth.com.
What we process
- Account data: your name, e-mail address, password (stored only as a hash), language and colour preference, last sign-in time.
- Company data: company names, members and their roles and titles, maps, tasks, comments, the order between tasks, notifications and the history of changes. This is content your company puts in.
- Contact form: what you send us, plus your IP address to prevent abuse.
- Technical data: IP addresses and requests in our web server logs, kept for security and troubleshooting.
Why
To provide the service you or your company signed up for (contract), to keep it secure (legitimate interest) and to answer your messages (legitimate interest / your request). We do not sell data, show ads or use third-party trackers in the app.
Who can see it
Members of a company can see that company’s content according to their roles. We (Omneth) can access data only to run, secure and support the service. Data is stored on our own server hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany (EU). Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in (t4m, secure, HTTP-only) and one to remember your language (lang). Both are strictly necessary; there are no analytics or advertising cookies.
How long
Account and company data are kept while the account or company exists. When you delete them in the app, they are removed from the live system immediately and from backups as they rotate. Contact messages are kept up to 24 months.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export and delete your data, object to processing and complain to a data protection authority. Most of this you can do yourself in the app; for anything else, write to info@omneth.com.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date above; for important changes we will tell you in the app.
